After 49 years in practice, Ken is one of the most experienced lawyers in Canterbury.
He has a reputation for getting things done.
Ken grew up in Southland, graduated from Otago University in 1970 and practised in Invercargill before joining White Fox & Jones in 1974. He became a partner the following year.
His areas of practice are commercial and rural property, finance and securities, business and commercial transactions, trusts and estate planning. Ken’s special interest and experience is in property developments and services to entrepreneurial clients.
Scaling back his practice in 2017, Ken is now a consultant who can be found in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
On the other days he enjoys watching sport (particularly rugby) and keeps fit swimming, fishing and playing golf. He also takes an active interest in politics and current affairs. Ken has four adult children and ten grandchildren.
