Nick appeared in a number of Courts and Tribunals as both junior and lead counsel giving him a solid grounding in all litigation related matters.

His experience includes contractual disputes, debt collection and insolvency matters, advising on employment matters and dispute resolution, estate and trust disputes. Nick recognises the importance of understanding the nature of the dispute and is able to successfully achieve results by alternative means of dispute resolution whether that is through mediation, arbitration or exploring other solutions.

Outside of work Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children and welcomes the opportunity to get in the outdoors including mountain biking, tramping, hunting and skiing.
