Our first step is to meet with the executors and/or family.  This meeting is very important because we gather in the information relating to the assets and liabilities of the estate, but more importantly this is a time for you to ask any questions about the procedure and time frames including likely date of the transfer of assets or distribution to the beneficiaries.

Throughout the estate administration we keep the executors and beneficiaries informed of progress and we are always available if there are any questions that require answering.
